September Reflections: Fresh Starts and Faith on the Water

September has always felt like a turning point for me. The mornings get crisper, the leaves start to change, and the days on the water feel a little different. It’s a season of transition — and this year, it feels extra special.

The Shift in Seasons:
Just like fishing changes with the weather, our lives have seasons too. Some are about casting and catching, others about patience and stillness. This September reminded me to slow down, enjoy the in-between, and trust that God is guiding every step — even when the waters feel uncertain.

A Milestone for True Fishing Gear:
This month, we launched something close to my heart: Non-Scents Hand Spray. 🖐️✨

What started as a simple idea — to help women get rid of fishy hands without harsh chemicals — has turned into a reality. And I’ve been humbled by the response. Your encouragement, messages, and early feedback mean more than I can put into words. Thank you for believing in me, and for being part of the start of this journey.

Faith at the Core:
At True Fishing Gear, this isn’t just business. It’s God’s business. 🙏

I’ve realized how every chapter of my life — from soapmaking to being a rodeo mom to trimming horses’ hooves to creating Hay Chix— was training for this. Each skill, each lesson, even each challenge, has been preparing me to build something bigger than myself. Something that brings women together to look good, feel good, and fish good.
